Description:<br>The Junior Design & Assessment Officer is responsible of giving the necessary support in the implementation of management systems. <br>Such projects cover designing workflows, implementing management systems, and following up with clients on executed activities.<br><br>Tasks: <br>• Writing procedures<br>• Designing workflows<br>• Assessing risks and proposing control measures from written procedures <br>• Identifying Key Performance Indicators related to the written procedures<br>• Implementing management systems i.e.: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301…<br>• Training clients on drafted policies and procedures<br>• Conducting external audits<br><br>Knowledge:<br>• General knowledge in management <br>• Knowledge in process management is a plus<br>• Knowledge in organizational behavior is a plus <br><br>Skills:<br>• Good interpersonal communication written and verbal<br>• Good listener <br>• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve problems<br>• Detail oriented <br>• Motivated <br>• Ability to work under pressure <br><br>Background:<br>• Bachelor degree in business management or equivalent<br><br>Experience:<br>• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
