Junior Business Excellence consultant
Job Description
<p>Thew contract will be in Dubai with projects in Abu Dhabi</p><p><br></p><p>The candidate is requested to have handled multiple projects (Business process re-engineering, Six Sigma, Automation, Business Transformation etc.) with cross functional team across organization with significant business impact. Within Business Excellence Transformation Design, you’ll work as a consultant as part of a high-performing team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping client organisations solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.</p><p><br></p><p>REQUIREMENTS</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Engineering</li><li>3 to 5 years’ of experience in Management Consulting or similar roles</li><li>2+ years’ experience using process mapping tools (i.e. Visio)</li><li>Certified in lean six sigma green belt.</li><li>An understanding of and proficiency in any of the Quality Management Concepts i.e.</li><li>Operational experience in Project Quality Engineering/ Management and/or Supplier Quality</li><li>Experience leading teams or managing multiple complex process related projects.</li><li>Good project management skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources.</li><li>Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart.</li><li>Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements.</li><li>Encourage everyone to have a voice and invite opinion from all, including quieter members of the team.</li><li>Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.</li><li>Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.</li><li>Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.</li><li>Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realises they are required.</li><li>Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>CERTFICATE (at least one)</p><ul><li>Six Sigma Black Belt/Green belt,</li><li>Project Management (PMP),</li><li>Statistical tools, Decision Making tools</li><li>Certified ISO 9001, 14001 and 22301</li><li>List any licenses or certifications required by the position: BPF, PMP, ITIL, LSS, MBA, CIP, J&J, APICS, DMAIC, SPC</li></ul>
