Job Description
- Responsible for the design, development, implementation and support of Business Intelligence (BI) Solutions While Working with cross-functional teams to gather and document reporting requirements to meet business needs.
- Using skills and experience, BI Developer will use those requirements to design, develop, test, and implement reports and dashboards.
- Key KPIs include:
- Quality of Dashboard deliverables.
- Timely response on reported issues.
- Updated Technical Documentation.
- Collect and analyze business data to identify patterns and trends.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize business performance.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior team members.
- Follow appropriate departmental and company procedures and policies (i.e. change control, security and auditing, release, configuration, problem and incident management).
