Job Description

  • Responsible for the design, development, implementation and support of Business Intelligence (BI) Solutions While Working with cross-functional teams to gather and document reporting requirements to meet business needs.

  • Using skills and experience, BI Developer will use those requirements to design, develop, test, and implement reports and dashboards.

  • Key KPIs include:

  • Quality of Dashboard deliverables.

  • Timely response on reported issues.

  • Updated Technical Documentation.

 

  • Collect and analyze business data to identify patterns and trends.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into business performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize business performance.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.

  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior team members.

  • Follow appropriate departmental and company procedures and policies (i.e. change control, security and auditing, release, configuration, problem and incident management).

 

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Very good command of English.

  • Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams.

  • Time management skills.
