"Junior Architect

Role Description:

Making technical contributions to projects under general professional supervision and is accountable forself-contained work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Effective understanding and execution of basic technical activities.

· Ensuring that all assigned project tasks are delivered within or at the agreed budget.

· Collecting, compiling, and presenting basic field, literature, and technical data.

· Interpreting and analyzing basic data and information to inform other team members, under the supervision of higher levels.

· Preparing reports and other project documents applying standard methods.

· Participating in regulatory, technical, and third-party consultation as required.

· Providing support as required to proposal development.

· Providing administrative support to Project Manager as needed.

· Maintaining and implement corporate policies and standards and their application on projects, including applying prescribed healthy, safety, and environment and QA/QC systems to assigned tasks.

· Maintaining fee-earning utilization at agreed level.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
Minimum 2 years design experience.
Excellent writing skills and proficiency with technical reports.
Good interpersonal skills.
