Job Description
– Assist in the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex enterprise-level applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
– Monitor and troubleshoot with ScienceLogic, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, and when there is availability of ServiceNow and Ansible tower.
– Assist in performing complex analysis work, identifying the root cause identified by Dynatrace.
– Participate in On Machine test setup and planning activities.
– Keep up to date on new analysis by observability and automation technologies.
– Ensure projects are completed on or ahead of schedule.
– Contribute to development activities designed to improve Dynatrace monitoring platform.
– Conduct basic triage of the issue and determine if it is genuine or a false positive alert.
– Engage the Incident Manager and notify all relevant teams about the anomaly observed.
– Follow up on the alerts and tickets open and assignments for respective service owner.
– Perform proactive monitoring and identify repeated minor alerts that might cause service disruption or degradation before it happens.
– Finetune the alerts received and remove any false positives.
– Highlight the issues to the concerned team in the correct communication forms.
