<p><u>About the Employer</u></p><p><span>A boutique Wealth & Asset Management business established in the ADGM and regulated by the FSRA is looking for a Junior Analyst to join its investments team. The investments team is responsible for the management of discretionary account mandates, new investment products, and administration of the company’s fund platform. This is an excellent opportunity for the candidate to work directly with senior management and gain valuable skills and exposure.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><u>Role Introduction</u></p><p><span>A Junior Analyst plays a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights into the company’s investment process and fund management. In this role, you will assist senior analysts and management in identifying investment trends, presenting findings, </span>analysing the financial performance of companies, <span>and in making informed decisions to manage investment portfolios. You will be responsible for collecting and manipulating large sets of data, creating reports, and collaborating with departments across the organization. A successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Desired skills:</span></p><ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics/Mathematics</li><li>Knowledge of financial markets (1-3 years of relevant experience, <span>which could include wealth management, PE/VC, investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, etc.</span>)</li><li>Strong corporate finance skills, including financial modelling and forecasting</li><li><span>Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills</span></li><li>Familiarity with MS Office suite and report writing and presentation drafting</li><li>Good verbal and communication skills</li><li>Ability to integrate quickly into a team dynamic</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Reporting to</u></p><p><span>You will be part of the Chief Investment Officer’s (“CIO”) team, reporting to the Senior Analyst, and occasionally working directly with the CIO. </span></p><p><br></p><p><u>Salary Range</u></p><p><span>TBD</span></p>
