About the job Junior Accountant
Our client is a French luxurious hair salon brand. We are looking for an experienced Accounting professionals to support their UAE operations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for complete day-to-day accounting of the organization
- Reporting to the management Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly
- Sales Accounting/Revenue Recognition of Ecommerce & wholesale business
- Employee Accounting other than Payroll Advances, Deduction, full & final settlement & reconciliation
- Vouch for process improvement and automation ideas to improve efficiencies in bookkeeping
- Coordinate and execute financial transactions and activities, such as bill payment, invoicing, payroll, etc.
- Assist in the audit process by providing information and data as requested
- Finalization of VAT returns
- Assisting in preparation of financial reports and assist in the presentation of reports to managers and executives
- Support in creating monthly forecasts and yearly budgets for specific departments, projects, and
- business needs.
- Driving & tracking cost control initiatives
- Analyze financial information for trends and errors
- Follow up actively on receivables
- Manage cashflows of the business.
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of similar experience
- Experience with SAGE500
- Experience in a Salon/Beauty industry preferred
