<p><strong>About the job:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a Joinery Project Engineer to supervise a Joinery scope of works for our company.</p><p><br></p><p>Candidate must have an extensive practical and technical knowledge of projects and joinery&nbsp;to be able to effectively manage all related activities from start to delivery, focusing on quality and meeting project the deadline.</p><p>Candidate should also have leadership and managerial skills to control all employees’ related issues and has to work on a company system to ensure effective and efficient procedures.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Technical requirements&nbsp;:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>resolving discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information</p><p>Read and understand construction AutoCAD drawings</p><p>Project Supervision</p><p>Excellent knowledge and experience in the field of joinery&nbsp;</p><p>Supervise all production activities from inception to delivery, plan schedules and ensures timely completion, controls and implements cost effective procedures.</p><p>Organize production flow effectively and efficiently and maximize company’s use of assets towards project completion.</p><p>People Supervision</p><p>Direct large workforce through hands on approach and controls all employees related functions in the factory and sites.</p><p>Excellent communication skills and the ability to face clients providing a technical solution.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience requirements&nbsp;:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Minimum of 5 or more years experience in fit out works in Dubai&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Degree in civil engineering or any equivalent&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Job location : Dubai&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Job type : Full time&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Gender: Any&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Nationality : Any&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Salary : Based on job experience</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
