Vplaceu HR consultancies recruitment company based in Dubai head office and indian<p><br></p>We provide all kind of manpower and white collars staffing<p><br></p><strong>The Role</strong><p><br></p><strong><u>Your Responsibilities Will Include</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Leading system design and/or design review to ensure applications solutions exhibit expected levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability upon deployment.</li><li>Defining system architecture and requirements.</li><li>Providing technical (Level 2/Level 3) support.</li><li>System performance diagnosis and scalability assessment.</li><li>Installing, configuring, upgrading, administering &amp; monitoring the database environment.</li><li>’Monitoring &amp; administering database systems.</li><li>Optimizing database performance and performing regular server maintenance through applying patches and versioning when required.</li><li>Troubleshooting any database-related issues.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Ideal Profile</strong><p><br></p><strong><u>Skills Required</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>You have at least 1+ years of experience, ideally as an IT Business Analyst / Project Manager, Database Administrator, or System Architect role.</li><li>You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.</li><li>You have experience within Infrastructure, Professional Services, and Industrial &amp; Manufacturing.</li><li>You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data</li><li>You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders</li><li>You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What’s on Offer?</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Flexible working options</li><li>Leadership Role</li><li>Great work culture</li></ul>
