<p><strong>About the job </strong></p><p>Joinery estimator to provide detailed and budget estimate preparation for interior fit out, Loose furniture and upholstery works to submit to clients and contractors.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate with departments within the organization to clarify project estimating questions </li><li>Preparation of bill of quantities, estimating and cost control </li><li>Managing a full tender process </li><li>Managing and supervising tender/quantity surveyor department, planning and programming workload </li><li>Coordinate with the production department </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience requirements </strong></p><p>Minimum of 5 or more years experience in fit out and joinery works in Dubai </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required skill </strong></p><p>Ability to communicate well </p><p>Good organizational skills with the ability to pay attention to details </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>Degree in quantity surveying or engineering or equivalent </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits </strong></p><p>Job location : Dubai </p><p>Job type : Full time </p><p>Gender: Any </p><p>Nationality : Any </p><p>Salary : Based on job experience</p>
