Our extensive range of interior services includes furniture, furnishing, and any other kind of interior decoration work required when it comes to providing turnkey solutions for commercial, residential, hospitality or industrial establishments.</p><p><br></p><p><em><u>Job Description</u></em></p><p><em>Role:</em> Joinery and Interior Draughtsman/Detailer</p><p><br></p><p><em><u>Responsibilities</u></em></p><ol><li><span>Detailed Drawings:</span> Creating detailed technical drawings, plans, and layouts for interior fitout projects. This includes producing accurate and precise drawings that outline the specifications for joinery work, including cabinetry, furniture, fixtures, and other interior elements.</li><li><span>AutoCAD Proficiency:</span> Being proficient in AutoCAD or other relevant design software is essential for creating the detailed drawings and plans. Knowledge of 3D modeling software might also be beneficial for some projects.</li><li><span>Joinery Expertise:</span> Having a solid understanding of joinery techniques and materials is crucial. You will be responsible for designing and detailing joinery components, taking into account structural integrity, functionality, and aesthetics.</li><li><span>Self-Starter:</span> As you won’t be working within an extensive design team, being a self-starter is important. You should be able to take initiative, manage your tasks, and work independently to meet project deadlines.</li><li><span>Material Selection:</span> Assisting with the selection of appropriate materials, finishes, and fittings for joinery work, considering factors like cost, durability, and client preferences.</li><li><span>Coordination:</span> Collaborating with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure that the joinery designs align with the overall interior design scheme and meet the client’s requirements.</li><li><span>Site Visits:</span> Conducting site visits to gather accurate measurements and assess on-site conditions to ensure the feasibility of the proposed joinery designs.</li><li><span>Quality Control:</span> Ensuring that the joinery work is executed according to the approved designs and specifications, and maintaining quality control throughout the fabrication and installation process.</li><li><span>Documentation:</span> Preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of all drawings, revisions, and project-related information.</li><li><span>Compliance:</span> Adhering to building codes, regulations, and industry standards in the design and execution of joinery works.</li><li><span>Problem Solving:</span> Being able to troubleshoot and find practical solutions to any design or implementation challenges that may arise during the project.</li><li><span>Time Management:</span> Managing time effectively to deliver accurate and detailed drawings within project timelines.</li></ol><p><br></p>
