The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales and have excellent communication and customer service skills. The Jewellery Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Majliya Jewellery products to customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p><br></p><p>• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs</p><p>• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service</p><p>• Understand customer needs and recommend Jewellery products to meet those needs</p><p>• Demonstrate Jewellery products to customers</p><p>• Collect customer’s requests on Bespoke products development</p><p>• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner</p><p>• Maintain and update knowledge of current Jewellery trends and product features</p><p>• Participate in inventory management and stock-taking activities</p><p>• Ensure that the store is clean and organized</p><p>• Collaborate with the store manager to meet sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics</p><p>• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to build lasting relationships</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p><p><br></p><p>• Proven experience as a Jewellery sales executive or a similar role</p><p>• Excellent communication and customer service skills</p><p>• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment</p><p>• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly personality</p><p>• Knowledge of Jewellery products and trends</p><p>• Arabic and English speaking mandatory</p><p>• Strong organizational and time-management skills</p><p>• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays</p><p><br></p>
