The Java Technical Lead will facilitate requirement analysis, guide the technical implementation for his team, conduct peer reviews and provide feedback, and enhance frameworks.</li></ul><p><br></p>To be successful as a Java Lead, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in Java technologies. Ultimately, a top-notch Java Lead should have good analytical skills, the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions, and excellent teamwork skills.<p><br></p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:<br></strong><ul><li>Team management and Talen development.</li><li>Tasks planning and assignation.</li><li>Help with requirement analysis, design and put high level estimate.</li><li>Identifying risks and mitigation plans.</li><li>Developing high-quality and detailed designs.</li><li>Conducting unit testing using automated unit test frameworks.</li><li>Pull requests review and feedback.</li><li>Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.</li><li>Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.</li><li>Discover training needs and provide coaching</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Typically requires 6 years of related experience including at least 1 year as a Development Team Lead.</li><li>Strong understanding of the J2EE architecture.</li><li>Excellent development skills (J2EE, Spring Framework, JPA, Angular)</li><li>Problem solving skills with Data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.</li><li>Experience with microservices: development and deployment.</li><li>Proficiency any of the relational database (Oracle or MySQL).</li><li>Capability to provide technical documentations needed.</li><li>Excellent debugging/troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Experience in Apache Solr.</li><li>Experience in RESTful, SOAP Web Services development.</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills.</li><li>Good time-management skills.</li><li>Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve related issues or conflicts.</li><li>Coaches team members on performance, completes employee performance evaluations.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><strong>Location:</strong></strong><p><br></p>EG-Cairo, Egypt (Al Emdad & Al Tamween)<p><br></p><strong><strong>Time Type:</strong></strong><p><br></p>Full time<p><br></p><strong><strong>Job Category:</strong></strong><p><br></p>Information Technology
