IT Trainer
Job Description
Agility is seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join our team. The IT Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our employees within the logistics and supply chain industry. The successful candidate will have experience in designing, delivering, and assessing training programs. Your Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs to employees in the logistics and supply chain industry
- Develop training materials such as handouts, videos, and powerpoint presentations
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Identify individual and organizational training needs
- Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids)
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop specialized training programs
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and industry trends
- Provide feedback and coaching to employees during training and follow-up sessions
- Manage the training program in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System
