<p><span>We are looking to hire a positive, punctual and self-motivated on site “IT Technical Support Analyst” who can maintain the IT Network and apply the policies and procedures.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide technical support for local and remote users.</li><li>Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software, and LAN / WAN infrastructure.</li><li>Troubleshoot the network and system services.</li><li>Apply all IT policies and regulations.</li><li>Maintain compliance with company training and required reads / reviews.</li><li>Maintain a high degree of satisfaction for all support queries and adhere to all services.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred in computer science or relevant.</li><li>1+ years of experience in related field.</li><li>Highly motivated and strong work ethics.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.</li><li>Excellent in troubleshooting and problem solving.</li><li>Elevated level of communication skills.</li><li>Very good command of English.</li></ul>
