<strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p>GlobeMed Group, the largest Healthcare Benefits Management company in the MENA region is looking for a Technical Support to maintain the computer systems, ensuring that they run smoothly and providing technical support and advice to computer users.<p><br></p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Deliver service and support to end-users, via remote connection or via direct contact</li><li>Gather employees’ information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms</li><li>Identify and escalate priority issues per problem specifications to appropriate resources</li><li>Follow up on problems with end-users when necessary</li><li>Stay current with system information, changes and updates</li><li>Evaluate system potential by testing compatibility of new programs with existing programs</li><li>Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed</li><li>Install, repair, and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners</li><li>Respond to breakdowns</li><li>Investigate, diagnose and solve computer software and hardware faults</li><li>Follow standard processes and procedures</li><li>Prioritize critical issues by level of importance</li></ul> Qualifications<p><br></p><ul><li>University degree in Business Computer or MIS. </li><li>Relevant IT experience or qualifications in the Microsoft servers and desktops. </li><li>Relevant IT experience or qualifications in Cisco (CCNA is a plus)</li><li>IT Technical skills. </li><li>Organizational skills. </li><li>Interpersonal skills. </li><li>Patience. </li><li>A meticulous and methodical nature. </li><li>Capable of working well under pressure. </li><li>Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision individually and as part of a team.</li></ul>
