Job Description

– Install, configure, maintain &amp; monitor all end-user hardware (PC’s, printers, devices, etc.).<br>- Install, configure, maintain & monitor all end-user software applications (Windows, MS Office, Outlook, etc.).<br>- Monitor all network and server activities (daily, weekly and monthly control reports).<br>- Log and record all system changes and maintain records.<br>- Participate in Infrastructure projects with the Infrastructure Project Leader.<br>- Work with system administrator for data backup and restore procedures.<br>- Perform as the first point of contact for all end user IT assistance requests.<br>- Maintain Records for all requests, track until resolution and archive for future reference using company helpdesk tool.<br>- Resolve all first level IT assistance requests in following areas;<br>1. Basic support on in-house Business Applications system (Oracle…etc.).<br>2. MS Office 365/ 2016 / 2019 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<br>3. Experience in Exchange / Outlook 365, Windows.<br>4. Configuration and maintenance of multifunction Printer (HP, Xerox, etc.).<br>5. Remote access tools.<br>6. SharePoint End user troubleshooting.<br>7. Audio Video Conferencing.<br>8. Laptop and computer general usage.<br>9. Network troubleshooting.<br>10. Active Directory 2008 /2013 (Server and Client).<br>11. End user level Proxy management.<br>12. Windows File server management (quota, rights, etc.).<br>13. Cisco IP Phones, VoIP.<br>14. Smart printing.<br>- Escalate IT issues for resolution where appropriate and in accordance with the Helpdesk policy.<br>- Communicate service outage / disruption notices to users that are affected by the outage.<br>- Maintain service records for maintenance carried out.<br>- Manage IT hardware inventory from purchasing to destruction.<br>- Help the management with IT Budget process and manage actual expenses while monitoring budget impacts.
