<strong>Company Description</strong><p><br></p>Opened in October 2011, Ubisoft Abu Dhabi is one of the first major video game studios based in the UAE capital and is focusing on developing and bringing to market successful mobile games for a worldwide audience.<p><br></p><strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p>The IT Support Intern will assist with a range of IT requests for the Ubisoft Abu Dhabi studio. You are responsible for providing a high level of support service to ensure the studio can operate at high level of IT efficiency.<p><br></p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Perform basic IT support tasks using the internal Ubisoft tools (training will be provided)</li><li>Troubleshooting a wide range of IT equipment (basic diagnostic skills)</li><li>Install and Upgrade PC hardware</li><li>Knowledge of Windows OS installations and Software license installations (Training will be provided for anything nonstandard)</li><li>Assist the asset team in performing inventory audits</li><li>Take up level 1 IT tickets (Hardware/Connectivity/Software troubleshooting at a basic level)</li><li>Occasionally lift equipment up to 10 kg (workstations and monitors)</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What you’ll bring:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Computer Science / Computing / Engineering diploma</li><li>A passion for IT and new technology</li><li>Basic knowledge of PC hardware with experience in diagnosing problems</li><li>Experience with Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office applications (experience with Excel a must)</li><li>Proven ability to prioritize tasks and issues to meet deadlines</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills (English)</li><li>A fast learner with the ability to follow processes and procedures </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Located in Abu Dhabi</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Additional Information</strong><p><br></p><strong><em>To all recruitment agencies:</em></strong><em> Ubisoft does not accept agency resumes.
