Quality Point is looking for a tech-savvy and ambitious IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be a true business partner – helping all levels of team members in various departments leverage current and new technology to optimize performance. You’ll work on a broad range of cutting-edge on-premise and cloud technologies. The IT Support Engineer plays a key role in supporting Quality Point Customers and End Users as well as the Systems and Technology that they rely on daily to perform their essential job duties. The successful candidate will provide technical support and manage both End-User and Systems generated incidents through to resolution while working closely with a cross-functional team of resources including 3rd party Service Providers. This is not simply a “break/fix” role – this position is critical to the support of our diverse IT infrastructure and will be the primary technical interface to our customers. We’re seeking a broad range of technical experience, but most importantly, candidates must enjoy developing working relationships, providing excellent service and supporting people of various technical abilities through digital transformation.
