<ul><li>Investigating and diagnosing network problems. </li><li>Configuration and installation of IT solutions </li><li>Assisting co-workers across the AMEA region with everyday IT needs </li><li>Setting up new users and management of security, passwords </li><li>Experience in Microsoft 365 product suite</li><li>Moving Infrastructure from premises to cloud</li><li>Experience working with Microsoft Navision or other ERP desirable but not mandatory</li><li>Support future transition to Microsoft Dynamics ERP</li><li>Liase with the Global IT team and group IT leadership</li><li>Fluent English speaker</li><li>Flexibility to make occasional international business trips</li><li>Degree in computer related field or equivalent certifications</li><li>1 year of experience</li><li>Microsoft Office 365, Azure, MTA, CCENT/Network+ certification(s) desired, ERP (MS Dynamics/Business Central) helpful</li><li>Familiar with virtualization platforms such as VMWare & Hyper-V</li><li>Proficient Windows 10 use and diagnostic</li><li>Basic networking diagnostic</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication of technical issues to users of all technical levels</li><li>Strong competencies in teamwork, interpersonal effectiveness & flexibility</li><li>Proficient computer skills – MS Office is required.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li></ul>
