<p><strong>Adecco Middle East</strong> is inviting applications for an <strong>IT Staffing Recruitment Consultant</strong> for our internal team based in UAE (preferred location is Abu Dhabi, UAE)</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Title: IT Staffing Recruitment Consultant</strong></p><p><strong>Exp level: 3-5 years</strong></p><p><strong>Job Location: UAE</strong></p><p><strong>Salary: Open for Discussion</strong></p><p><strong>Positions: 2</strong></p><p><strong>IT recruiters as we are looking for a candidate with client-facing experience and they will be groomed as Key Account Executive.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Overseeing the recruitment pipeline and being the primary point of contact for your candidates</p><p>Scoping new roles and developing interview loops in collaboration with hiring managers</p><p>Sourcing high quality candidates and running sourcing sessions with staff</p><p>Writing, editing, and standardizing job descriptions</p><p>Evaluating and interfacing with external recruiting organizations</p><p>Improving our recruitment processes to better serve candidates, fellow employees, and hiring managers</p><p>Proven work experience as a Recruiter in high end technology roles.</p><p>Identify and develop talent on high-end technology roles like ICT/Cybersecurity domain for technical positions, including but not limited to: <strong>High end tech Developers, Data Scientist,</strong> A<strong>rtificial intelligence, Business Intelligence, SAP, Cyber Security</strong></p><p>Source, interview, and evaluate candidates looking for permanent and direct-hire opportunities.</p><p>Market services and candidates to fulfill talent needs within the technology vertical.</p><p>Foster long-term relationships with client partners and area professionals.</p><p>Negotiate salary with potential new hires based on position requirements.</p><p>Prospect local businesses, Involvement with local networking groups, in-person meetings, and interviews.</p><p>Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)</p><p>Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>If you are interested in this position, please click the <strong>APPLY NOW </strong>button for immediate employment consideration.
