<strong><u>Job Description</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Proven experience as a IT Engineer or relevant position</li><li> Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills</li><li> Good communication ability in Arabic and English</li><li> 3-5 years of experience as an IT Support Analyst</li><li> Provide exceptional customer service via phone, in person, and email as appropriate</li><li> Microsoft Windows Servers Knowledge</li><li> In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks</li><li> Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles</li><li> Certification as IT Analyst will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, NET+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, Azure Fundamentals)</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Maintain and improve the technical systems of a company to ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work and the organization’s important files and information remain safe and intact.</li><li>Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems</li><li>Implement security measures</li><li>Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements</li><li>Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems</li><li>Install and update company software and hardware as needed</li><li>Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items</li><li>Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or relevant field</li><li>Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming</li><li>A Software engineering or Computer applications/Systems Graduate with 7+ years of experience in the relevant position.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills</li><li>Keen attention to detail</li><li>Good organization, time management and prioritization</li><li>Efficient troubleshooting abilities</li><li>Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening</li><li>Great customer service and interpersonal skills</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>About Us</u></strong><p><br></p>Hill International, with more than 3,200 professionals in over 100 offices worldwide, provides program management, project management, construction management, project management oversight, dispute resolution, advisory, facilities management, and other consulting services to clients in a variety of market sectors. <em>Engineering News-Record</em> magazine recently ranked Hill as one of the largest construction management firms in the United States.
