Initiate and conduct Joint Business Planning sessions with strategic partners to drive mutual success.</li><li>Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, both new and existing, to ensure customer loyalty and compliance with vendor agreements. Drive partner adoption of company programs and technologies.</li><li>Market Analysis and Planning: Regularly assess customer needs, market dynamics, and competitor value propositions to inform business strategies and action plans. Provide quarterly feedback to management on market, channel, and vendor specifics.</li><li>Ensure Optimal Time to Market: Ensure the conditions for optimal time to market of resources and technology, enabling effective sales execution and customer responsiveness.</li><li>Performance Evaluation: Review sales performance, track achievements against targets, and conduct Quarterly Partner Landscape Reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven track record in generating profitable sales and achieving business growth targets.</li><li>Experience in partner relationship management, recruiting new partners, and developing existing partnerships.</li><li>Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics and ability to ensure partner compliance with vendor agreements and certifications.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze market data to drive informed decision-making.</li><li>Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Familiarity with sales performance evaluation and reporting techniques.</li></ul>
