<p>As an IT Sales Account Manager, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and driving sales within the public sector, focusing on government agencies, healthcare organizations, and educational institutions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understand their unique requirements, and effectively communicate the value of our IT solutions to meet their specific needs. </p><br><br><p> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p><br><br><p> Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the public sector, particularly in government, healthcare, and education. </p><br><br><p> Build and maintain a robust network of contacts and relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, department heads, and IT managers. </p><br><br><p> Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand market trends, and stay informed about industry developments. </p><br><br><p> Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets. </p><br><br><p> Collaborate with the technical team to understand product offerings and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients. </p><br><br><p> Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients. </p><br><br><p> Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client. </p><br><br><p> Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. </p><br><br><p> <strong>Requirements:</strong> </p><br><br><p> Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT sales, specifically within the public sector. </p><br><br><p> Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. </p><br><br><p> Strong network of contacts and relationships within the government, healthcare, and education sectors. </p><br><br><p> In-depth knowledge of IT solutions, services, and products. </p><br><br><p> Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. </p><br><br><p> Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. </p><br><br><p> Ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.</p>
