<strong>Role Purpose:<br></strong>Responsible for all release management activities across the IT department ensuring processes and automations are in place to ensure operations stability and no conflict between different releases.<p><br></p>Accountable for all the agile release planning, assessment and prioritization across the IT domain.<p><br></p>Defining the IT strategic direction for release management tools for IT to ensure the process requirements of release management are built in.<p><br></p>Communicate with Agile teams/scrum masters on a daily basis to define and plan releases.<p><br></p>Technical assessment to releases across IT to ensure no conflicting deployments that would impact operational stability<p><br></p>Post production accountability for releases through monitoring tools and defined KPIs.<br><br><strong>Job Responsibility<br></strong><ul><li> Operational stability with zero impact for all planned releases </li><li> All deployments are abiding with release management processes</li><li> Monitoring KPIs for production releases are in place and effective in detecting any instability after releasing <br><br></li></ul><strong>Competencies and Technical Skills required:<br></strong>Core competencies, knowledge and experience:<p><br></p><ul><li> Superior Technical skills in different IT domains </li><li> Expertise in IT domains with hands on experience </li><li> Strong communication skills </li><li> Ability to embrace and foster change </li><li> Passion for the customer </li><li> Detail-oriented, analytical, pro-active approach to problem identification and solving </li><li> Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions in an extremely fast-paced environment </li></ul><p><br></p>Must have technical / professional qualifications:<p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Communication</li><li> 3+ Years’ Experience in Telecommunications Market</li><li> Manage and Coach diversified team in a changing environment</li></ul>
