"• Responsible for the overall Quality of the program/projects/operations activities

• Develop, review and enforce Quality plan

• Support in Program documentation when requested

• Review the trainings effectiveness

• Supporting the program/projects/operations activities management to align with Quality practices.

• Quality consultation for other streams when requested.

• Review data migration and testing quality KPIs in their report.

• Define the quality controls for the Quality plan

• Management of Policy compliance tools

• Annual Documentation Review

• Awareness session for Risk and Quality

• IT Succession Plan for Need to be reviewed

• Maintaining Standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 20000

• Quarterly KPIs review
