<strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budget requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish clear project goals and deliverables.</li><li>Lead cross-functional project teams, including IT professionals, developers, analysts, and other relevant stakeholders. Motivate and inspire team members to perform at their best and ensure effective collaboration.</li><li>Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Monitor and proactively manage project risks to minimize their impact on project outcomes.</li><li>Manage project budgets and resource allocation efficiently. Track expenses, monitor resource utilization, and ensure projects are delivered within allocated financial constraints.</li><li>Regularly communicate project status, progress, and key metrics to stakeholders, executives, and team members. Prepare and present project reports to keep stakeholders informed on the project’s health and progress.</li><li>Handle changes in project scope, schedule, or objectives and assess their potential impacts. Implement change management processes to ensure changes are effectively controlled and approved.</li><li>Oversee quality control processes to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards and requirements. Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure the project’s success.</li><li>Engage with various stakeholders, including clients, users, vendors, and management, to gather requirements, set expectations, and maintain effective communication throughout the project.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, meeting minutes, and other relevant artifacts.</li><li>Identify lessons learned and best practices from completed projects to improve project management processes and enhance future project outcomes.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong><strong>KNOWLEDGE &amp; EXPERIENCE:</strong></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).</li><li>Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, leading successful projects from initiation to completion. Must have banking industry experience</li><li>Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and best practices.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools and software.</li><li>Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and technology trends.</li><li>PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Vertical<p><br></p>Technology
