<strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p>VAM Systems is currently looking for IT PMO for our Bahrain operations with the following skill sets and terms &amp; conditions:<p><br></p>Qualifications:<p><br></p>i. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information<p><br></p>Technology, or related fields is required<p><br></p>ii. Minimum of seven (7) years of experience establishing and delivering complex IT projects<p><br></p>iii. Professional project management certification is a plus (e.g. PMP, prince2)<p><br></p>iv. Deep understanding and technical expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools<p><br></p>v. Strong planning, organizational, technical, and leadership skills, including the ability to mobilize and motivate teams, set direction and approach, resolve conflict, deliver tough messages with grace, and execute with limited information and ambiguity<p><br></p>vi. Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities, and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment<p><br></p>vii. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectives<p><br></p>viii. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision<p><br></p>ix. Experience establishing and maintaining a high level of stakeholder/client trust and confidence<p><br></p>x. Previous relevant experience in the GCC<p><br></p>Primary role:<p><br></p>Support the TID in establishing and running a Project Management Office in charge of overseeing the IT implementation and maintenance of the Invoicing project<p><br></p>Job description:<p><br></p>i. Create and manage project(s) work plans and updates as needed to meet changing project needs, timeline, deliverables and/or requirements<p><br></p>ii. Ensure transparent communication and daily/weekly reporting of project progress<p><br></p>iii. Identify and escalate issues through defined project governance<p><br></p>iv. Coordinate engagement reviews and quality assurance processes, including review of documentation deliverables prior to delivery<p><br></p>v. Ensure project deliverables are whole and forwarded to all appropriate stakeholders, and stored appropriately<p><br></p>Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)<p><br></p>The Selected candidate shall be deputed to one of the leading Organizations in Bahrain<p><br></p>Additional Information<p><br></p><strong>Terms and conditions:</strong><p><br></p><strong>Joining time frame:</strong> <strong>maximum 4 weeks</strong>
