<p>IT Manager Hotels Experience</p><p><br></p><p>Paradise inn Group&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Job location</p><p>Alexandria, Alexandria, Egypt&nbsp;(On-site)</p><p><br></p><p>Job description</p><p>We are looking for an IT Manager Hotels Experience to ensure the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.</p><p>Our ideal candidate will have advanced technical knowledge and a keen interest in adapting and implementing the industry’s best practice processes.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Salary From 15,000 L.E to 20,000 L.E + Monthly Bonus </strong></li><li><strong>We Provide Full Board Accommodation in the Hotel for Non-Residents in Alexandria</strong></li><li><strong> Our Package includes Medical Insurance </strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><ul><li>Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.</li><li>Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.</li><li>Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.</li><li>Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems</li><li>Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy</li><li>Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.</li><li>Audit systems and assess their outcomes.</li><li>Preserve assets, information security and control structures.</li><li>Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.</li><li>Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.</li><li>Develop innovative network troubleshooting methods that reduce downtime and lower repair costs</li><li>Selecting and purchasing new and replacement hardware and software, when necessary.</li><li>Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively.</li><li>Remaining up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices.</li><li>Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong> Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience 10+ years&nbsp;in hotels is a must.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems</li><li>Expertise in data center management and data governance</li><li>Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation</li><li>Ability to manage personnel.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or similar field</li><li>Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems</li><li>Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies</li></ul>
