Contract type<p><br></p>Regular / Permanent<p><br></p>Effective management of IT functions within Jeddah MOM contract projects. Responsible for related aspects of Enabling Projects and improvement of the management processes of NWC in these areas.<p><br></p><strong><u>What You Will Be Doing</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Manage the development and implementation of a comprehensive ICT Plan which will address NWC IT systems, policies and procedures.</li><li> Supervise the implementation and configuration of the ERP including HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Asset Management, Shared Services.</li><li> Support the relevant teams in the development and implementation of the Business Plan and the Support Functions Management Plan.</li><li> Support the Asset Management and O&M teams in the installation, implementation and operation of new tools (including digital), services, systems and processes.</li><li> Define the training and technical assistance needs for NWC staff in these fields, work closely with HR and the technical teams to provide these. Monitor, measure and report on the results.</li><li> Ensure a smooth transition in the beginning of the contract in his/her areas of responsibility.</li><li> Support the development of Suez activities in KSA.</li><li> Lead the implementation of new management processes and tools.</li><li> Maintain good relations with NWC staff, management and local employees</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Who We Are Looking For</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Senior professional with 15 years of experience and at least 5 years of experience in the management of IT within water services.</li><li> Strong prior experience of IT within a structured IT function.</li><li> M.Sc or MBA or equivalent experience in IT.</li></ul><p><br></p>BU: AMECA – Middle East & Central Asia
