Job Description

<ul><li>Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. </li><li>Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks</li><li>Respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues.</li><li>Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests</li><li>Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)</li><li>Setting up accounts for new users</li><li>Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary</li><li>Testing new technology</li><li>Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.</li><li>Responsible for PCs, Printers, Servers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc).</li><li>Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.</li><li>Assist with onboarding of new users.</li><li>Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.</li><li>Install, configure, and upgrade PCs software.</li><li>Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>BA in Computer Science or related.</li><li>3 years plus experience in IT and technical support.</li><li>A technical, logical thought process.</li><li>Problem-solving skills.</li><li>An ability to stick to strict deadlines.</li><li>A keen eye for detail.</li><li>General awareness of computer systems, PC repair, and network management.</li><li>Resourcefulness and quick-thinking nature to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues as they arise.</li><li>Ability to deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktop and mobile.</li><li>Understanding and appreciation for information security within systems and user devices.</li><li>Good communication ability, both written and verbal.</li></ul><p><br></p>
