Job description:<br><br><p><strong>J</strong><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Continuously support and address all country employee’s IT technical issues including branch visits across the country.</li> <li>Resolve all employee’s Helpdesk requests.</li> <li>Assist Aramex clients with setting up e-tools including client visits.</li> <li>Arrange for any new hardware/software requests.</li> <li>Create and manage user accounts and access permissions.</li> <li>Maintain local servers and Server room infrastructure .</li> <li>Ensure implementation of the latest software security patches and updates.</li> <li>Follow up with all internet connections and ISP providers.</li> <li>Maintain all network infrastructure.</li> <li>Responsible for the Backup solution.</li> <li> <p><strong>Qualification / Capabilities<br><br></strong></p> </li> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering/Information Systems/computer science.</li> <li>English Proficiency.</li> <li>Basic Knowledge of networks.</li> <li>Basic Knowledge of Windows server roles and features.</li> <li>Basic Knowledge of virtualization.</li> <li>Basic Knowledge of SQL DB.</li> <li>Good knowledge of computer maintenance and end-user support.</li> <li>Communication and problem-solving skills</li> <li>IP Telephony is a plus.</li> <li>A+ is a plus.</li> <li>CCNA is a plus.</li> <li>MCSA is a plus.</li> <li>Car is a plus.</li></ul>
