<p><strong><em><u>IP Solution Manager:</u></em></strong></p><p><br></p><p>Major Responsibilities:</p><p>1. Support pre-sales Team to Reach the IP Sales order Amount goal and increase year by year.</p><p>2. Making breakthrough of named customers and create opportunities in IP (Datacom) business market (include Switch, WLAN, Router, Security).</p><p>3. Build stable and long term partnership with main technical customer.</p><p>4. Support pre-sales team to make the good project operation, like customer guide, solution design, technical proposal, competition analysis, etc.</p><p>5.Build IP expert image and influence of company, increase our partnerโ€™s organisation’s overall solution sales capabilities. </p><p>6. Making the Algeria IP Market Insight.</p><p>7. Participate in international associations/organisations meetings and build influences. </p><p>8. Support market branding actions and industry events.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em><u>Professional knowledge:</u></em></strong></p><p>- Full Knowledge of the IP Domain (Switch/WLAN/Router/Security products, Campus-SDN, DCN, WAN solutions etc.);</p><p>- Better have the CCIP/HCIP certification;</p><p>- Familiar main stream vendors Product &amp; Solution technology and advantage/ disadvantage</p><p>- Familiar with Algeria main Customers</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em><u>Business Skills: </u></em></strong></p><p>Excellent conference speaker/Presentation skills.</p><p>Energetic, Inspiring,</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em><u>Education:</u></em></strong></p><p>Bachelor, Master, PHD, ect..</p>
