Mosaic holds distribution rights across the region, representing some of the world’s leading healthcare partners and educational publishers since year 2011.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Location: Dubai, U.A.E.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Summary:-</u></strong></p><p>We are looking for a dynamic individual contributor who <span>have excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and have a high level of accuracy and is organized. They must communicate effectively with internal or external customers/ team members and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. </span></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:-</u></strong></p><ol><li>Interact with a diverse group of Customers, predominantly Hospital Finance &amp; Purchase departments in a professional manner.</li><li>Generate Quotations and prepare complex proposals as required.</li><li>Co-ordinate invoice submission by ensuring all the supplied are invoiced to the customer accurately and in a timely manner. </li><li>Identify, expedite or escalate any issues likely to impact or delay the billing.</li><li>Liaise with Functional teams across geographies i.e. Logistics, Sales &amp; Finance.</li><li>Ensure all Credit Notes are prepared timely as soon as approval is received. </li><li>Follow up on pending LPOs</li><li>Assist and support in ad hoc tasks relating to billing and process.</li><li>Maintaining accurate data and must not divulge confidential information. </li><li> Ensure complete historical record of all invoices and supporting documents is maintained and preserved.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualification:-</u></strong></p><p>Bachelors in Commerce, Bachelors in Business Administration, </p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Experience:</u>- </strong></p><p>1-2 years U.A.E experience in a Finance environment and/or relevant experience in a similar capacity. </p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Preference</u>:-</strong></p><p><em>Previous experience in the Healthcare distribution sector</em></p><p><em>Available to join immediately</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Skills:-</u> </strong></p><ol><li>Excellent knowledge on MS Excel, spreadsheet, analysing data.</li><li>Excellent Numeric skills.</li><li><span>Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workflow to meet individual and team production standards. </span></li><li><span>Excellent English Written &amp; Oral Communication skills. </span></li><li>Self starter with a strong bias for action. </li></ol><p><br></p><p>If you match the above skill sets, kindly can share your resume on <span>hr@mozaicintl.com</span></p>
