Job Description

• Participate in all aspects of the transaction process, including researching, evaluation, and screening investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, structuring and executing investments across multiple sectors.
• Built and review Financial Models
• Take significant responsibilities for preparation of materials including detailed committee papers.
• Support the monitoring of the performance of portfolio companies and recommend corrective actions
Requirements
• atleast 2 Years of experience at a PE firm, Investor bank or management consulting firm.
• Strong analytical, Financial Modelling and Presentation skills
• Exceptional level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Self-starter, Personable and with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Able to work successfully into team and independently adapt at working in multicultural, global environment with high expectations.
• Trustworthy, Adaptable, Resilient
• Preference for candidates Professional Qualifications.
