<p><em>we are seeking for </em> Investment Banking <span>Specialist</span></p><p><em>He has previous experience in the program of offering companies to the public markets and financing them</em></p><p><br></p><p><span class=”ql-cursor”></span>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Responsible for the company’s profile and offering to the main market and Nomu market </li><li>Ability to independently develop and review financial models of complex businesses like project finance and structured finance</li><li>Coordinate preparation of due diligence materials with project teams, including commercial and technical due diligence, ahead of a potential financing process</li><li> Support the debt financing process from start to finish, preparing a comparison of terms with banks, Information memorandum, financial model scenarios, investor decks, coordinating documentation drafting</li><li>Direct and manage large, multi-disciplinary project teams incorporating teams of subject matter experts, data and analytical experts, researchers, and generalists</li><li> Debt capacity assessment and understanding business models</li><li>Lead engagement design and planning by serving as the central point of contact for multiple projects simultaneously, defining deliverable structure and content, and developing timelines</li><li>Serve as a primary liaison for day-to-day interactions with clients, including executive-level stakeholders</li><li>Play a hands-on role in client project execution by creating and driving content and problem solving, performing quantitative analysis, serving as a thought leader and providing solutions-based advice for our clients</li><li>Actively contribute to business development and relationship management in the Middle East, working alongside the broader team to conceive, develop, and market innovative solutions for new and existing client</li><li>Formulating and developing actionable initiatives to catalyze private sector infrastructure investment, including thematically-driven investment ideas and structures</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Skills & Experienced Required: </p><ul><li>CFA certified with hands-on exprience building complex financial models</li><li>10+ years of investment or corporate banking, strategy consulting, advisory, or investment experience in infrastructure markets.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills and strategic mindset, with ability to establish trusted advisor relationship with senior executives.</li><li>Experience with, and / or deep understanding of, development finance and concessional investment frameworks, and investment analysis, due diligence, and transaction approval processes. Understanding of global and regional capital markets.</li><li>Experience in emerging markets and specifically the Middle East, including network of senior client relationships</li><li>Genuine passion for the subject matter and a self-determined drive to achieve superior performance</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities and intellectual curiosity</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead and direct a diverse, cross-functional team</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear messages</li><li>Superior organizational skills with the ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment</li><li>Strong quantitative and technical skills, including knowledge of and passion for finance, markets and/or sustainability concepts</li><li>Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to assume additional responsibilities and embrace innovative challenges</li></ul><p><br></p>
