<p>We seek an experienced investment banker who can present Unicoin and its financial products to institutional investors.</p><p><br></p><p>We’ve sold over $500M worth of unicoins to individual investors and would like to involve institutional investors now that we are close to listing Unicoin on major crypto exchanges. Presentation and Pitching: Prepare compelling presentations and pitches to effectively communicate your company’s financial products, investment opportunities, and potential returns to institutional investors. Financial Analysis and Modeling: Conduct thorough financial analysis and modeling to demonstrate the attractiveness and viability of your company’s financial products. This includes analyzing historical financial data, forecasting future performance, and assessing risk factors to support investment recommendations.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>4. Due Diligence: Coordinate and oversee due diligence processes with potential investors. Provide them with relevant financial information, legal documents, and any other necessary data to facilitate their assessment of the investment opportunity.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>5. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, market dynamics, and potential investment risks or opportunities. Pricing and Valuation: Determine appropriate pricing and valuation strategies for your company’s financial products. Conduct valuation analyses using various methodologies and assess market comparables to support pricing decisions.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>7. Transaction Execution: Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal, compliance, and operations, to execute transactions smoothly. Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Negotiate terms and conditions of investment agreements with institutional investors.
