<p>12 months Investment Banking Internship</p><p><br></p><p>Number of available positions: 2</p><p><br></p><p>Start Date: Q4 2023 (September onwards)</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Involvement in market mapping, pitching and origination&nbsp;activities</li><li>Involvement working on different types of transactions (sell-side, buy-side, and capital raising)</li><li>Assist the analysts and associates in financial modelling and valuation tasks.</li><li>Take part in the construction of marketing materials for transactions.</li><li>Assist in investor and buyer screening exercises.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualification:</p><ul><li>Prior investment banking internship experience preferred</li><li>Able to produce technically excellent written materials</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting and finance, able to grasp details and the “big-picture”</li><li>Ability to present ideas clearly and articulately on technical matters</li><li>English required</li></ul><p><br></p><p>To Apply:</p><ul><li>Please submit your application</li><li>Please attach ONE PDF file including both your resume and your cover letter (Note: Applications without cover letters will NOT be considered)</li></ul>
