This includes dealing with financial portfolios, risk management, and executing investment transactions based on the specified strategies.</li><li> Working on implementing sales strategies and marketing plans to increase sales volume and achieve specified goals. This may involve developing new relationships with potential clients, maintaining existing relationships, making presentations and proposals, and following up on sales operations.</li><li> Monitoring the performance of investments and sales and evaluating results against specified objectives. This involves preparing reports and financial analysis to measure performance and identify areas that need improvement and implementing adjustments to strategies if necessary.</li><li>Works on selling real estate projects, determining unit prices and dealing with clients to clarify price information and purchase terms.</li><li> conducts market and competition analysis to identify opportunities </li><li> Executes marketing and advertising campaigns for the products and services offered by the company, utilizing media channels such as print advertisements and the internet</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements :</strong></p><p> </p><p><span> +5 years of sales experience preferred</span></p><p><span>• Bachelor’s Degree</span></p><p><span>• Self motivated</span></p><p><span>• Highly organized</span></p><p><span>• Interested in Real Estate Investing</span></p><p><span>• Proficient in written and verbal communication skills</span></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
