Location:<strong>Jeddah, Saudi Arabia</strong><p><br></p><strong>Experience:</strong> 5+ Years in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or Real Estate Development<p><br></p><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelors or Masters in Finance, Accounting or Economics (CFA, CPA Preferred)<p><br></p><strong>Languages: </strong>English is a must (Arabic would be a plus)<p><br></p><strong>Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial data, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Provide accurate and timely reports to management. </li><li>Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate viability of investment opportunities and return on investment. Analyses scenarios, perform sensitivity analysis, and present findings to support decision-making. </li><li>Assess potential investment opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, capital projects, and market investments. Conduct due diligence, financial valuation, and risk assessment. Prepare investment proposals and present recommendations to management. </li><li>Prepare periodic financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Provide insightful analysis and commentary on financial performance, key metrics, and variances to budget/forecast. </li><li>Contribute to the development of the company’s financial strategies and long-term plans. Provide input on cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and capital allocation decisions. </li><li>Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
