Job Summary:<p><br></p><ul><li>Interpret data insights into actions and recommendations that will drive profitability, revenue growth and business efficiency</li><li>Provide financial information, advice and recommendations on new investments and real estate development opportunities derived from global investment data.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Investment analysis/ business development</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Researching companies, investment and or development projects, particularly in terms of their financial functioning</li><li>Interpreting complicated financial information</li><li>Analyzing company/development project accounts, profit and loss sheets and cash flow information</li><li>Writing financial research summaries<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Other Duties</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Support reporting oversight to monitor progress/achievement of the agreed Business Plan for Portfolio management Investment and Development</li><li>Assist in making feasibility studies for the asset (Portfolio Management Investment and Development) acquisition/disposal / restructuring / real estate development</li><li>Portfolio Management Investments &amp; Development in pressure testing of the current asset (Investment) by providing necessary inputs on financial models</li><li>Provide input to optimize the overall investment portfolio.</li><li>Support the updating of our client’s Investment Strategy.</li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Business</strong> <strong>capabilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>4+ years of experience in Investment and Finance</li><li>CPNACA qualification is desirable</li><li>Deep understanding of feasibility studies, master development design, and marketing</li><li>Computer-savvy and having the ability to build advanced predictive models is an advantage<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Education</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business studies, management, statistics, mathematics, accounting or economics</li><li>Licensed or Chartered Professional Engineering Certificate</li><li>Master’s Degree in Business Administration and related discipline<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Interpersonal Skills</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Research Skills and great attention to detail</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Team working and good communication skills<br></li></ul>
