Job Description
<strong>Role Purpose</strong><p><br></p>NEOM requires an Intersectoral Collaboration lead to scope and manage the delivery of strategic projects related to culture at NEOM.<p><br></p>This role will be the main point of contact to provide advisory support to adjacent sectors at NEOM that want to integrate cultural programmes into their offer, for example, Tourism and Heritage.<p><br></p>The role will ensure there is a common approach and strategy to arts & cultural offerings across all regions and sectors within NEOM.<p><br></p>This will include designing and delivering strategic projects and programmes, independently and with external agencies, across NEOM’s culture portfolio. Strategic projects will include for example; business model design, organisation and operating model design for cultural institutions, economic evaluations.<p><br></p>The role will report to the Director of Culture and will be central to the development of a world leading, technology enabled, and innovative arts and culture offer at NEOM.<p><br></p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Draft, procure and manage strategic programmes and initiatives related to the implementation of culture for example: cultural master planning, socio and economic modeling, governance design and implementation, policy development, program evaluation, research design, sub-sector strategy delivery i.e. visual arts, performing arts </li><li> Manage internal stakeholders including consultancies, suppliers, partners, and adjacent sectors as part of a broad portfolio of strategic projects related to arts and culture at NEOM </li><li> Support the venue and asset development managers at NEOM plan for and integrate cultural assets as part an overarching NEOM master plan with a focus on The Line, this includes informing the strategic placement of assets </li><li> Explore and develop innovative business and operating models for cultural assets and validate those models with industry </li><li> Produce guidance and be the point of contact for adjacent sectors at NEOM regarding the integration and development of cultural programmes and assets </li><li> Work with the Director of Culture to manage and advocate for the integration of culture into all aspects of NEOM’s and KSA’s social and economic aspirations </li><li> Ensure and promote the use of innovate approaches to the development of cultural programmes and assets including advanced technologies</li></ul>
