<strong>Mission Générale</strong><p><br></p>You will be part of the <strong>Hermès Parfum et Beauté</strong> MEIA team, based in Dubaï, reporting to the Marketing Manager and collaborating with the entire team.<p><br></p><strong>Principales activités</strong><p><br></p><strong><em>1/ VISUAL MERCHANDISING ACTIVATION</em></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Development of the Visual Merchandising Plan for perfumes and make up in our spaces (Local Market, Travel Retail)</li><li> Follow up and update of the regional visual database</li><li> Design of Planograms for generic and personalized spaces in the region (LM, TR)</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><em>2/ TRADE MARKETING ACTIVATION (IN STORE AND DIGITAL)</em></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Activation of the marketing trade plan in the region (LM, TR)</li><li> Follow up of the marketing trade plan per distributor</li><li> Follow up and contact with our vendors in the region for visual production and shipment</li><li> Feedback recap for the trade activations, with quantitative and qualitative results</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><em>3/ TRANSVERSAL MISSIONS </em></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Competition Analyses for perfumes and make up</li><li> Assistance in the preparation of the 2 regional annual seminars and budget follow up</li><li> Assistance in the Quarterly Reporting consolidation (merchandising, trade, media)</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><em>4/ ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT </em></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Processing suppliers’ invoices and completing the follow up charts</li><li> Helping with multiple office daily tasks (Telecom, IT, meetings organization…)</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Profil du candidat</strong><p><br></p>Student, final year: Business, marketing or university degree<p><br></p><ul><li> Structured thinking, aesthetic sensitivity and an ever-alert curiosity. Strong ability to analyze numbers.</li><li> Strong interest in Fragrances, beauty and Hermès core values.</li><li> You can manage different projects, showing rigor, organization and autonomy.</li><li> You know how to work with various interlocutors by relying on your interpersonal skills and your adaptability.</li><li> You are fluent in English (French is a plus) and have advanced office automation skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.</li></ul>
