Internship in Internal Communication and organizational management
Job Description
The Position<p><br></p><strong>One Intern is needed for the Roche Iraq affiliate </strong><p><br></p>The main focus will be the internal communication. This means reflecting on the communication that allows effective channels and ways of communication for the iraq Affiliate in order to drive and and sustain an impactful narrative internally.<p><br></p>Support and drive the Internal Communications strategy and affiliate narrative, in order to change the way we think about internal engagement and to improve the employee experience.<p><br></p>Thinking of creative and unique initiatives that shift us from opportunistic communications to a more systematic and proactive approach which will allow of an effective knowledge management. The end product of the internship would be supporting in having the internal communication strategy (playbook) , introduce it to the Team and close with a communications workshop for the socialization of the playbook (All the parts will be delivered in full support of the Transformation and communications partner).<p><br></p>Specific Tasks include:<p><br></p><ul><li> Asses the current communication tools and platforms that are being used by the Iraq Team and propose and work on potential new ideas of effective ways of communicating</li><li> Help in researching and creation of key messages on a given theme for the Leadership Team to use in their communications effectively</li><li> Help in creating the slide deck for the Internal communication strategy = A comprehensive playbook/guidance plan that allows the WHY, WHAT and HOW to be visually comprehensive</li><li> Help the Transformation Partner and Communication Partner position Roche Iraq into the ME team through the playbook</li><li> Help to analyze the gaps within the plan to be adressed and support in iterating</li><li> Help Facilitate the Communication Workshop with the transformation Partner that will allow to convey the message on how the playbook shall and will be used for the Iraqi organization</li></ul><p><br></p>Basic Skills:<p><br></p><ul><li>Basic Medical knowledge</li><li>Digital expertise</li><li>Communications</li><li>Change Management</li><li>Organizational Psychology</li><li>Strategic thinking</li></ul><p><br></p>Education Level: 3rd year<p><br></p>Who we are<p><br></p>At Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
