Job Description

We form an internal service in the company in order to deliver equipment, various corporate gifts, and much more around the world to our employees and partners with high speed and taking into account various wishes. We need an International Logistics Manager who knows how to build processes and has an internal need to organize the best logistics service from all sides.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organization of cargo delivery (merchandise/equipment) with the best ratio of price-speed-energy consumption of employees
  • Procurement of equipment/merchandise/other goods for the company and the organization of the fastest delivery to the destination
  • Parcel packing organization
  • Studying the customs legislation of the countries to which we transport and export the goods, and filling out declarations, if required
  • Formation of a base of reliable logistics contractors for transportation around the world
  • Communication with delivery staff

EXPERIENCE AND ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • Relevant experience from 2 years
  • Team management experience, ability to build a team and processes
  • High communication skills and literacy level to create the right impression of the company for both contractors and employees
  • It will be a plus if you are in Dubai
