<p>We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Internal ERP System Helpdesk Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting users with various issues related to the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This includes providing technical assistance for day-to-day operations, such as creating sales and purchase orders, handling daily journals, managing inventory and product information, and creating and finalizing production orders. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth running of our organization’s operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li>Provide first-line support to users experiencing problems with our ERP system, addressing issues promptly and professionally.</li><li>Assist in creating sales and purchase orders, handling daily journals, managing inventory and product information, and creating and finalizing production orders.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior IT staff as necessary.</li><li>Conduct user training sessions to promote effective use of the ERP system and minimize operational disruptions.</li><li>Document common user issues and resolutions to develop a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.</li><li>Monitor the performance of the ERP system, identifying potential issues, and recommend solutions to prevent future problems.</li><li>Work closely with other departments to understand their needs and provide optimal system configuration.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ol><li>A bachelorβs degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience working in ERP support, preferably in a helpdesk role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of ERP systems, operations, and business processes.</li><li>Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing a high level of customer service.</li><li>Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.</li><li>Strong knowledge of business operations, including sales, purchase, inventory management, and production control.</li><li>Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards is a plus.</li><li>Willingness to stay updated with advancements in technology and how they can benefit the company.</li></ol><p><br></p>
