Internal Communications Manager- Immediate start

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Communications Mangers and Director’s to manage our internal communications for a new exciting project. You will promote a positive public image and control the dissemination of information on our company’s behalf. Phenomenal communication and copywriting skills make a strong candidate, as well as experience in corporate communications and project management.

Responsibilities

• Experienced Internal Communication Manager to help lead the development of internal communications strategy and initiatives.
• Will be responsible for leading and developing innovative and engaging internal communications campaigns and projects.
• Prepare comprehensive internal communication strategies to align with client goals

• Plan, develop and oversee the development of all internal communications activities in consultation with Division Heads, Key Stakeholders and the Marketing Head
• Collaborate across internal teams to generate new ideas and develop meaningful internal communications strategies
• Lead and champion internal communications initiatives across our client’s new project
• Create and deliver presentations to support planning for corporate communications initiatives
• Develop coordinated schedules and plans for corporate communication initiatives
• Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal and external communications mediums
• Ensure corporate communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization
• Storyboard or translate ideas to the creative team and designers.
• Manage a corporate communications officer and/or team.
