Apply Now!</strong></p><p><strong>Raya Trade; a subsidiary of Raya is hiring an Internal Auditor</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What will you do?</strong></p><ul><li>Visits and counts the company’s stocks of inventory (in Warehouses and Distribution offices in case of Distribution, or in Raya and Phono branches, in case of Retail) on a monthly basis, and compares with system quantities (Oracle and RMS in case of Retail)</li><li>Determines problems and recommends corrective action for each of the findings; by reporting any differences found to the branch staff and supervisor</li><li>Analyzes the causes of the lost revenue through investigating all kinds of discrepancies on the RMS system or Oracle</li><li>Registers findings and results on the reporting system of the auditing department, so that the difference can be deducted from the responsible Sales Representatives’ salaries</li><li>Responsible for controlling inventory transfers between branches (in case of Retail)</li><li>Responsible for checking clients’ credit before selling any inventory (in case of Distribution)</li><li>Responsible for notifying the HR department -after identifying shortages in branches- to take proper action</li><li>Responsible for the Accounts Receivables monthly closing report verifying the correspondence of inventory on all systems used</li><li>Responsible for preparing annual reports after the end-of-year audit on all branches and warehouses to adjust mistakes on the RMS or analyze audit reports in coordination with the AR team</li><li>Responsible for the monthly auditing report to the AR for their monthly closing</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What will you need?</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Accounting or any related field</li><li>Good Knowledge of Oracle System</li><li>0-2 years in the field of auditing</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>What is unique about Raya?</u></strong></p><ul><li>Are you an eager learner?
