Job Description

The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

This position exists to assess the overall internal controls and systems and the degree of risk facing alfanar efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.

Key Accountability Areas

Business Planning:
– Compile and implement the annual Internal Audit plan.

Risk Management:
– Identify and assess areas of significant IT risk (Security, Technology & Operations and Business Applications).
– Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.
– Conduct ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks.
– Process risk-based audits covering all IT functions (Security, Tech & Operations and Business Applications).
– Participate and support to Identify and reduce IT risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.

Best Practice:
– Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements and best utilization of audit.

Policies and Procedures:
– Implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice.
– Minimized risk factors of physical health, e.g ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.

Authorization:
– Conduct IT audit in relation to (IT security, SAP security, Tech & Operations and CEO) this shall also include SAP as well as non-SAP applications and related authorization and access management.

Reports:
– Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Audit, IT Security and Risk Committees.

– Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:
– Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:
– Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification
– Bachelor Degree in Any relevant field
