<p>Agrimatco Ltd. has more than 80 years of successful experience serving more than 50 countries worldwide. The group focus is in the agribusiness sector. Our areas of activity include distribution of crop protection, specialty fertilizers, seeds, veterinary products, agricultural machineries & tools as well as public health products. We are searching for an Internal Audit Supervisor to take the leading role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u> Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>路 Identify and assess areas of significant business risks.</p><p>路 Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit standers.</p><p>路 Manage resources and audit assignments.</p><p>路 Identify and reduce business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.</p><p>路 Develop, implement, and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practices.</p><p>路 Oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes.</p><p>路 Ensure complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported to Management.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u> Requirements:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>路 Degree in Financial Accounting or Financial Management or any other related field.</p><p>路 Strong communication in English (written and spoken) and knowledge of French or other languages is an advantage.</p><p>路 Minimum 5 to 6 years of professional accounting/audit experience. Top-tier consulting firms (i.e., Big 4) or a large-sized company with a global audit team are preferred but not mandatory.</p><p>路 Professional accounting/audit qualifications are preferred but not mandatory, e.g., CIA, CMA, or other related qualifications.</p><p>路 Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.</p><p>路 Meticulous attention to details with the ability to multi-task.</p><p>路 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</p><p>路 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p><p>路 Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills, such as MS Office and accounting software.</p><p>Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.</p>
